Refund & Exchange Policy

At 23 Distribution LLC Baby Sprout, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we’ve made the process of returning or exchanging an item as simple as possible.

Return Policy (14 Days)

We offer a 14-day return policy for all items purchased from our store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or received a defective item, you may return it for a full refund, as long as the item is:

  • In its original condition (unopened, unused, and with all original packaging).
  • Returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

How to Return an Item:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
  3. We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  4. Once we receive the item in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy (1 Week)

We understand that sometimes a product may not be quite right for you, and we offer a 7-day exchange policy. If you'd like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, you can do so within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Exchange an Item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at [email protected]
  2. Provide your order number and specify the item you’d like to exchange.
  3. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide return instructions.

Note: Exchanged items should be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. If the exchanged item is of a higher value, you may be asked to pay the price difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund based on your preference. To assist with your request, please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
